Our website is delivered using Cloudflare. Contact form submissions are handled by Formspree. Appointment scheduling, invitations, and related email services use Microsoft Bookings, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365. These providers may process information in accordance with their own policies and applicable agreements. When you use these features, information is submitted to the respective provider.
Sharing
We share information with service providers as needed to operate our website, messaging, scheduling, and business services, or where required by law. We do not use appointment contact details for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis or permission.
Data retention and security
We retain inquiry and booking information as long as reasonably needed for customer communication, business recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Electronic services involve security risks; no transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure.
