Terms and Conditions
Effective October 26, 2026
These terms apply to requests for introductory consultations and use of Edwards IT Solutions' online booking and inquiry tools. They do not replace a written agreement for paid IT services.
Free consultations
The “Free 15-Minute IT Consultation” is an introductory conversation about your technology needs. There is no charge and no obligation to purchase services. It does not include remote access, troubleshooting work, a security audit, or implementation unless separately agreed.
Scheduling and changes
Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Please use the reschedule or cancel link in your booking confirmation when possible, or contact us at john@edwards-it-solutions.com if you cannot attend. We may need to reschedule an appointment and will seek to notify you using the contact details provided.
Virtual meetings
Consultations may take place through Microsoft Teams. You are responsible for having a compatible device and internet connection. Please join on time. An appointment may be shortened or rescheduled if you arrive late or experience a connection problem.
No emergency response
Online booking and contact forms are not continuously monitored emergency support channels. An appointment request does not guarantee an immediate response, same-day service, or a specific resolution time.
Information and recommendations
Discussion during a free consultation is preliminary and based on the information you share. Any scope of work, fees, timeline, warranties, support commitments, or other terms for paid services will be stated in a separate proposal or service agreement, if applicable. No ongoing support relationship is created merely by booking a consultation.
Appropriate use and privacy
Provide accurate booking information and do not submit credentials, passwords, financial account details, or sensitive client information through scheduling or general contact forms. How we handle submitted information is described in our Privacy Policy.
